For Vacation Rentals:

Delivery: Your equipment is delivered and set up before 4pm on your arrival day (6pm during peak holiday periods)
Pickup: We retrieve everything after your departure - no need to coordinate checkout timing
Business Hours: 8am-5pm for all coordination and deliveries

IMPORTANT: If you need equipment available before 9am on your arrival date, or after 12pm on your departure date, please book it through the previous or following day to ensure it's ready when you need it.

Do you set up the equipment?

Absolutely! Professional setup is included with every delivery. Cribs and beds are assembled in your preferred room, high chairs placed in dining areas, and beach gear positioned for easy access. Just let us know your room preferences during your confirmation call.

When exactly will my equipment be delivered?

We deliver between 10am-4pm on your arrival day (extending to 6pm during peak holiday periods). Your gear will be set up and ready before you check in. We coordinate directly with your rental property - no need for you to be present.

Can you deliver outside business hours (before 8am or after 5pm)?

Our standard deliveries occur during our business hours: 8am-5pm, and when we have property access. If you need equipment available outside these hours, simply book it for the previous or following day to ensure it's ready when you need it.

How do you access my vacation rental?

We maintain partnerships with vacation rental companies throughout the Charleston area. We coordinate directly with property managers - you don't need to arrange anything.

Will you call me to confirm my order?

Yes! Paula or our team calls every customer within 24 hours of ordering to confirm details, timing, and any special requests. For same-day orders, we'll call much sooner.

How do I prepare equipment for pickup?

Simply leave everything where it was delivered. For cribs and beds, leave them assembled - we'll break them down. Gather toys back into their original bags, but otherwise just leave items clean and in their delivery locations.

When will you pick up my equipment?

We pick up after your departure, typically beginning routes between 9am-10am. You don't need to coordinate specific timing - just leave everything as instructed.

Can I pick up equipment myself instead of delivery?

While we specialize in delivery service, customer pickup can be arranged at our Mount Pleasant location upon request.

What if I need to cancel?

Before delivery: 100% refund (less 5% processing fee)
After delivery: 50% refund of remaining rental period (delivery fees non-refundable)

Is your equipment new?

We carry liability insurance and purchase all equipment new. Items are in new or excellent (gently used) condition and thoroughly inspected before each rental.

Will you install my car seat?

For liability reasons, we cannot install car seats. Installation instructions are included with every car seat, and we can email you the product manual. Many local police and fire departments offer free installation assistance. [Find certified technicians →]

What if there's an issue with my equipment?

Inspect all equipment upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours of your check-in time. We're committed to resolving any issues immediately.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer expedited same-day delivery for orders placed before our delivery routes are complete (additional fee applies). This helps accommodate last-minute needs while encouraging advance booking.

Beach and Games To Go is locally owned by Paula Reavis. Created in January 2013, Beach and Games To Go has become a wonderful addition to some of Charleston’s unique services to ensure your vacation is easy, fun, and relaxing. We have exciting games such as ping pong tables and cornhole. Let our chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards provide you with beach relaxation and lots of water sport fun!

Since 1999, I have been helping families enjoy wonderful Charleston vacations by providing baby and beach equipment rentals with Charleston Baby’s Away. Beach and Games To Go has gone a step beyond in the beach equipment rental division. This spring, we’ve added Charleston Vacation Services to offer visitors of the Charleston area a “one stop” site with a collection of some of my favorite local businesses.

My son, Kane, enjoys helping during summer and college breaks. He’s been learning the vacation rental industry since he was 16 months old! In our spare time we enjoy the beach and waterways – he surfs and we both enjoy stand-up paddleboarding. He now attends Clemson – GO TIGERS!
