Since 2013, we've provided quality equipment along with delivery and setup that lets you focus on what matters: enjoying your vacation, visit, or event.

We maintain partnerships with vacation rental companies, many private rentals & hotels throughout the Greater Charleston Area, including: Downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes, Sullivan’s Island, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Mount Pleasant, Johns Island, and more. This means for you:

Direct property access through established relationships with rental managers. We’ll have access to set your gear up prior to your arrival. The day of departure, you’ll leave everything as-is.

Professional equipment placement where you need it - cribs set up in your preferred bedroom, high chairs in the kitchen, beach gear by the door if a condo or in the garage if a house, exersaucer & swing in the living area, etc.

No waiting around for your delivery or you needing to coordinate with property managers, we’ll take care of it

We don't just drop equipment on your porch ~ we ensure everything is set up & ready for your vacation when you arrive!
Perfect timing, every time
For Vacation Rentals:

Delivery: Your equipment is delivered before 4pm on your arrival day (before 6pm during peak holiday periods, we work until all orders are completed)

Pickup: We begin pickups at 9am - no need to coordinate checkout timing, you’ll leave your gear as-is & we’ll take care of the rest

Business Hours: 8am-5pm for all coordination and deliveries (extended hours as needed, especially in peak season)

Important: We want each customer to enjoy their gear as long as possible! If you need equipment available before 4pm on your delivery date or after 11am on your pick-up date, please consider the following:

Schedule the delivery the day prior to enjoy your gear the entire time you desire

Schedule for pickup the following day if you plan to use your gear all day

Note that we do our absolute best to accommodate early & late requests, but cannot always guarantee

The option to pick up or return your gear at our shop is a possibility. This may be an option for you to guarantee your timing. * Arrangements made in advance are recommended

Local Residents: Planning a family visit or have family visiting? We'll coordinate delivery and pickup times with the local resident to ensure everything is ready for the visitors’ arrival.

Event or Party: We coordinate with the event planner or venue to ensure your gear will be ready for fun!

Same-Day Delivery: Need something today? We offer expedited same-day delivery for orders placed before our routes are complete (additional $35 expedite fee may apply).

FAQs:
Do you set up the equipment? Absolutely! Professional setup is included with every delivery. Cribs and other beds are set up in your preferred room, high chairs placed in dining areas, beach gear positioned for easy access, and other gear is placed in an easy-to-locate spot. Just let us know your room preference(s) for bed set-up during your order process. If you aren’t sure where you want your bed(s) set up, we can leave unset - all, including the cribs, are super easy to set up.
When exactly will my equipment be delivered? We deliver between 9am-5pm on your arrival day (extended hours apply during peak holidays). We do our best to have your gear set up and ready before you arrive / check in. We coordinate directly with your rental company, hotel. etc. - no need for you to be present.
Can you deliver outside business hours (before 8am or after 5pm)? Our standard deliveries occur during business hours (8am-5pm) and when we have property access. If you need equipment available outside these hours, simply book it for the previous (for delivery) or the following day (for pickup) to ensure it's ready when you need it.
How do you access my vacation rental? We maintain partnerships with vacation rental companies, many private rental contacts, hotels, etc. throughout the Charleston area. We coordinate directly with them - you generally don't need to arrange anything.
Will you call me to confirm my order? Yes! Paula or someone from our team calls every customer within 24 hours of ordering to confirm details, timing, and any special requests. For same-day orders, we'll call much sooner.
What if I need to add items or remove items from my original order? You are welcome to add or adjust your order at any time. All you need to do is send us an email request for any changes or additional info to the original confirmation we will have sent you, if it is at least 1 day prior to your arrival.You’ll get a response from us once we've taken care of the change request. If the change request is within 24 hours of your arrival or after you have arrived, please do both - email us the details & call to follow-up. This keeps a great track record between us for a smooth experience. We handle last minute changes & requests as quickly & efficiently as possible.
